Eligibility determination is at the sole discretion of the Global Compensation Authority and its partner verification bodies. 4. Processing, Verification & Payment
Stated processing and payment timelines are estimates based on standard case processing under normal operational conditions and are not legally binding commitments. Payment of any award is conditional upon: (a) successful completion of multi-stage identity verification; (b) satisfactory review and authentication of all submitted documentation; (c) clearance from relevant regulatory and compliance checks; and (d) availability of funds under the applicable compensation programme. We reserve the right to withhold, suspend, delay, reduce or cancel payment where fraud is suspected, documentation is found to be insufficient or inauthentic, or regulatory requirements are not met. Approved compensation is disbursed directly to your nominated and verified bank account.
5. Deadlines & Forfeiture
Compensation awards are subject to statutory claim deadlines as specified in applicable programme notices. Unclaimed awards may be subject to forfeiture after the expiry of the statutory deadline. It is the claimant's sole responsibility to submit claims and all required documentation within the specified timeframe. The GCA accepts no liability for claims lost due to a claimant's failure to meet stated deadlines.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with international compensation law and applicable domestic legislation in the jurisdiction of the claimant's country of residence. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
11. Amendments to Terms
The Global Compensation Authority reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the portal following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
